Are My Ladies Ready for Flower?

Hey this is my first run. It’s week 11 of veg and I need to defoliate and prepare to flip into flower. I top dressed with Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 (3:1 ration) a couple of weeks back and they are doing great. Minor deficiencies. I’ve just been using RO water with silica and calmag. I believe they are ready to flip but what steps do I need to do to get it right?Also could anyone advise me up to what level under my canopy should I defoliate (based on last pic)? Pics 1-4 is one week of growth since adding scrog

I would flip the light schedule to 12/12 for sure. And then once stretch was over,(about week 3 of flower) id remove any branch that doesnt make it above the net. Im pretty rough on my plants, they seem to handle it well.

If you're running an LED remove everything 8" below the canopy line. If you're running HID then 12" below canopy line.
