It’s a debated subject

It can be a sign of a healthy plant.

However from my own personal experience they pray harder when stressed.

The one at the back left that’s praying hard looks like it’s due to stress.

Still you should get a good harvest from them other than a bit of stress they look good.

I can only see one that’s praying a bit hard the rest look good

What watt is your light & is it dimmed or on max

From my short 3.5 years of growing... if they are pointed straight up.. stress. Pointed at a 45 degree angle..happy as a hog in mud.

It’s a 100 watts no dimmer I moved it up a couple of inches and they’re bad to normal

Don't worry about ppfd, worry about what the plant is telling you.

The first few weeks of flower (from flip 12/12) is what I call a transition period and you pretty much treat them like they're still in veg, including lighting.
As you get toward the middle of flower, you will want more light and as you get toward harvest, you will want to back off the light again.

Below is a good article about cycling your lights during the flower stage.

Being you don't have a dimmer, changing your light "intensity" will be moving your light closer and further away from your plant.
