I’m helping a couple of new growers this season. I rec’d this picture this morning. My 1st take is Aphids but I’m not real experienced here. I would appreciate any and all help.

The picture is not clear enough to identify the invaders,
Get a close up pick of whatever it is on the plant

Can't see the detail but the method of attack looks like aphids to me. Blast plants with a strong spray of water but not so strong it will damage leaves. Knock the bulk of them off with water... Follow up with castile soap in some water to dry em from the inside out, and the next day apply some spinosad to make the plant poisonous to any remaining eggs hatching. This is the 1-2-3 punch approach but you can't stop there. Gotta keep kicking them while they're down for the rest of the grow so they don't get a chance to get back on their feet.

That pic is plenty clear enough. They're on the stems, the petioles and along the midribs of the new growth - thats aphid behaviour. Mites and thrips chew up the leaf and scatter, they dont sit in colonies down a stem like that.
Want to be sure, look at the back end of one with your phone at closest focus. Aphids have two little tubes sticking out the rear like exhaust pipes. Nothing else on cannabis has them.
Youre in early flower though, so I'd skip the water blast. Thats a lot of water sitting in forming buds and youre asking for botrytis. Soaps and oils out for the same reason.
Living soil and early flower, I'd go predators instead. Ladybugs or aphidius wasps. No residue, and it wont touch your soil life.
Any ants on the stalks? They farm aphids and theyll just restock the plant.

You can go ahead and spray with water. Your not far enough into flower to worry about botrytis (bud rot) yet. Ninjadogmas advice was spot on.

Fair point on the botrytis, thats on me - early flower with airy buds isnt where it bites and I was picturing week five. Water knockdown is fine where you are.
Id still run predators alongside it in living soil. Water alone means doing it again every few days, and if there are ants on those stalks theyll just put them back.
