Are these caterpillars? Help please

Found a couple of these little fuckers underneath the leafs of my girl trying to identify them so I can take the correct measures to getting rid off them, any help boys? They’re eating holes in the leafs of the plant also the fucking bastards

Forgot to add underneath the leaf there’s this kind of webbed like material that they come out off when I remove it, making me think they’re caterpillars
