Are these critters bad if so how do i kill them???

Any help would be greatly appreciated?


Soil Growers:
1. clones brought in from outside!
2. 3 WKS OLD
3. 8in x8in tall
4. 1/2gal bags
5. perlite coco soil mix great drainage
6. possibly over watered with soil secret compost teas
7. 5.8-6.3 drift
8. 2oo-300ppm?
9. minimal foliar spray when humidity is lower than 40%rh never go above 80% rh even in dark period
10. 600 MH, about two to two and half feet away

there is an oscillating fan going when i shut it off is when i notice them jumping and flying a lil but not too far above the plants maybe in the air for about 3-5 sec then land !

I got some sticky traps but that didnt help me sleep any better!

Can't tell without a higher res photo--but it looks like either:

1. A very small leaf hopper/katydid
2. An aphid

It is very likely that it's #2--do you have access to a better camera?

no but it looks exactly like a miniature green transparent grasshopper...

i actually foliar sprayed a compost tea and i think it killed them do you think the bacteria or fungus infects them...

That's the idea.

Katydids (i think there's a more specific name for the little guys) look exactly like little baby grasshoppers--however, aphids aren't that far off. Too hard to tell without a better picture. Keep goin' at em.
