Are these lights good enough

I don't know anything about grow lights. I'm not sure if these are good enough to take them all the way. My space is very limited and need clip on lights. sorry about duplicate post. I cant find the delete option. please look at the one with teh photos. again sorry mods for teh duplicate post. i'm having a lot of issues with your site. I have to switch between my phone and laptop to get stuff done on here.
