I’m currently using a loam soil, jiffy pellet transplanted to soil.

I must have mist that part when I read your posts. Glad you took the mesh off the Jiffy plugs.
If your soil has a good microbe base the Bio-Biz should green them up nicely. I don't see any reason
not to transplant these into there next grow pot when they are ready.
