Are these springtails ?? Also clear worms nematodes ?

Are these springtails  also clear worms nematodes
Scoped around the soil today and when I water the little white bugs become active see video. I believe it’s springtails and then there’s little clear worms very small. The pic and video are with a microscope so the bugs are very small. In a living soil mix so I’m thinking they are beneficial

Not springtails, which jump and look more like a flea, but not sure what they are. A general rule of thumb is that the fast moving critters prey on other bugs while slow movers eat plants. I normally think of clear worms as pest, but once again don’t have an ID on these.
