Are These Stretching Too Much Under New 315 Cmh?

Hello all, I bought a 315 watt cmh light last weekend and I have to say so far I am really liking this light. I can hold my bare hand 6 to 8 inches below the light for ever without any issue. My older seedlings(couple weeks old) seemed to have really started kicking under this new light. I have the light about 56 inches above plants because of paranoia on my part when it comes to burning them. My question is do you think my new seedlings in the red solo cups (which are about 4 days old) look ok or do they look like they are stretching? Thanks all.

You can always repot a little deeper

Their stems will strengthen fast under the CMH. Stretch will slow down fast too. Won't get much more than that likely.

56 inches, lower that lamp. I veg under 1000 watt HPS at 30-40 inches and the seedlings still stretch a lot, more than yours.

I am also under CMHs. That is fine the stretch should stop. You can lower the light but not too low. Depends on the brand. I have sunplix and do 36-40 and in flower I can keep the at 18”

Looks normal to me. The only seedlings I see sprouting with really tiny stems are under Blurples.
