Are these white/green spots Leaf Septoria or another pest?

Hi ,

I’m seeing some discoloration on a couple early leaves from a plant. Should I just cut these leaves off to be safe?

They are 3 weeks old, growing in 70/30 coco perlite, watering daily with a healthy mix of nutrients.

The sporacity of it make me think bugs. Have you scoped out the bottom of the spotted leaves yet?

Here are some additional pictures, there are some smaller brown spots too and I saw a similar growth now on a newer leaf. I looked under a loupe and microscope at 30-120x magnification, the brown bit looks like a crater but I didn’t see any sign of bugs. Also checked under the leaves and nothing there.
