My 1st time growing, but i think they are starting to flower. It's sooner than it was supposed to happen, but I am ok with that. 9.5 weeks old.

This one is probably a month younger than the others and it looks like it might be as well. they are all auto flowers. I think i forced them. I had my lights off for a good 24 hours maybe little more. Had emergency and couldn't be home to turn them on. Could someone tell me if they are starting to flower? Also, they have next to no smell. Can only smell them after they sat in the grow room for a bit and i go in there. Not sure what to think about that.

Looks like your plants are taking matters into their own hands and starting to flower earlier than expected. Sometimes Mother Nature has her own plans, right?

They are showing their sex, not really flowering, more like setting up sites to flower. It could be an auto flower too, I ordered seeds and 3 were photo and 2 were auto, that was a pain in the ass grow lol

If these are autos at 2+ months then they're more than on track to start flowering, maybe even on the late side depending on the genetics/variety.

Yeah looks like they are starting to flower and don't worry about the smell thing. Depending on the strain once they get into full flower that's when they will really start to smell. I have never grown autos so not 100% on time tables but you seem on track. Have a good day.

they look like females, right? i can't see any of the pollen sacks but I'm still afraid they may not be.

Looks like they are based on the pictures. Once you see a pointy calyx with a white hair......even a pointy calyx without a white hair, (as opposed to a more rounded knob), then chances are they're females. Another 3, 5 days and this should be confirmed.

Are these feminized seeds?

they are supposed to be. but every time i tell someone were i got them, they freak out on me. saying they are no good or i should have got them from somewhere else. I got them from seedbank. it's just called seedbank nothing else in the name. they plants have been healthy for the most part. I gave some to a friend as well and his are finally growing now that he has some decent lighting on them. out of the 6 total only 1 did not sprout so I'm pretty happy with seedbank as long as they are really feminized and what i paid for.

I agree, 9,5 weeks seems about right for autos and even on the late side as Harpua said. All autoflowers are feminized, thats why they are called autoflower, they flower automatically, flowers are buds not polen sacks, but being a first timer I can understand you not knowing that. Dont worry theyre female, if anything check during late flower for polen sacks or bananas inside the buds (theyre called bananas cause they are yellow and banana shaped), they can herm but they cant be male. They will only herm if they feel like theyre getting towards the end of their life wether because theyre sick or stressed, it doesnt happen just because most of the times (It can indeed be genetic but good seed banks avoid those genetic traits more than cheap seed vendors or bad seed banks). If a seed bank doesnt care about putting hermy seeds in their badges then youre very likely to find an herm in your grow, hermie seeds are 50% more likely to herm.

Most autoflowers take 6-8 weeks to start flowering, that one seems like is fairly behind the others, which is normal since you said its 1 month younger. What strains are those? 9,5 weeks for an auto to flower is a long time.

Okay yes makes sense now, Ive grown that same strain from different seed bank (barney's farm) and they take longer than other autos. The seed bank says you can get 400-500g per plant? I dont know what theyre smoking but thats ridiculous, maybe they mistaken the info from a photo strain oudoors. Or theyre lying like many do so you buy the seeds...

Its okay, doesnt mean theyre gonna be bad, its a high yelding auto strain. Its more like 400-500g per square meter indoors not per plant, wether or not they did it on purpose or it was a mistake I dont know, and even that number, which many reputable seed banks use, is assuming everything goes perfectly and you get good phenos, and assuming youre doing scrog or sog with several plants. 50g per plant is more like it in your case, more or less, maybe a bit more assuming everything goes well.

Nice, its good to not expect too much, specially on your first grow and them being autos, and if you said that the bank is not very well recieved by other people maybe the genetics are not as good as other banks. You will get got weed if you take good care of them nonetheless, its a good strain and your work will pay off for sure
