Astro turf for floor??

My buddy just lined his whole room with green astro turf.. He grows in his garage and says he has a problem with dust... He said its not like carpet, carpet holds a shit load of bugs and what not.. What do you guys think about astro turf for flooring??

I bet it's aesthetically pleasing, for sure! who wouldn't want a green floor in the garden?! :)
I'd bet it'll hold all kinds of tiny plant material, though. Why not just go with something easy to sweep and sterilize? like linoleum, tile, painted concrete, etc.

Not knocking the idea, really.

Hell no man..... rock it with painted concrete or vinyl,linoleum, tile. Leave no stone unturned for the little suckas that are gona try and creep and crawl..
