Just got off the phone with someone that went to the Doctor to get a Renew, The place gave him all the paper work, he sent it in with a check fro $100.00, It was Declined, he was on the phone all DAY !! with them pukes in Lansing, he has to go back to DR and everything B/c they used the wrong forms, LARA changes shit but doesn't care to inform Doctors or Clubs as to what its doing, they love Fucking with all of use.
