Not sure what you're looking to do but I have used Godaddy.com in the past for website hosting and domain name registration. Fairly affordable. If you are not familiar with programming and/or building a website they have pretty easy to use tools and even customer service reps that can assist you.
What exactly are you trying to do? Probably not the best place to ask for this sort of thing, though. Why did you choose us to ask for help with this? Just wondering. Maybe you would have better luck on a forum related to website and computer programming..?

I use Ipage for my business website. They are very affordable as well and have web designers their to hire or help u build/design ur website. Renews automatically once a year
