I haven't seen any since 9-11, but when the borders were looser, some really nice green used to make it through. Some of the best sativa highs I can remember came from some of those lime green bricks with like 10 seeds in a qp, if that. Nowadays it's only the nastiest shit that makes it through in mass, it's harder for the drug dogs to detect the gross shit, plus the guys buying it in Mexico don't wanna pay an extra few hundred for the nicer stuff, because it's harder to get through the border!
