Auto Flower is better to top or not to top...

Honest question guys is it better to top an autoflower or train it branches down with low stress training. To get that even canopy...

It's grower preference. Either will yield more than doing nothing and though I've done both, my preference now is LST.
Organic soil auto grower.

Not to top bc it really stresses them, i only did it once bc plant was out growing my light, i was lucky it came out so good however tried it again and plant refused to flower.
