Autoflower help… day 20, just defoliated, what should I feed it?

3 gallon 50/50 mix ocean forest and happy frog.
400w hps 39.5 inches from the soil, hasn’t been moved. No exhaust duct so it’s hot in there.
When it showed preflowers I gave it half dose of Big Bloom/Grow Big/Tiger Bloom Fox Farm like the soil. It’s slowed down but getting taller, preglowers aren’t thickening up and bud sites don’t see progression towards budding for real. I have no done LST and just defoliated a bit at the bottom and lower canopy and branches tiny new stuff and lowest fan leaves.

I’m thinking maybe give it the full dose of liquid nutrients from the feeding schedule for the first time, with tiger bloom, or should I just give it vegetative dose still/again? Do you think it’s going to keep going?

I use FFOF soil and FF nutes. I use the top 4 nutrients and follow this schedule at 50% every 3 rd watering roughly. Your plant looks healthy. Good Luck

All in all your plant looks great.
How long has she been in this mix?
How long ago did you flip her?

I'd say go easy on the nitrogen now. Maybe 100 to 150ppm.
When calculating your blooming mix. Try and figure 30ppm Phosphorus and 60 ppm Potassium.
Relax and just let her flower for you.
