Backcrossing and stablelizing

Can i take a cutting of the father and pollenate the girls or, does it have to be the mother getting polinated by its sons?? It would be ways easyer for me just to carry the father and seeds..

Yes you can! Though i would wager that the majority of people bx to the mom because it is much more straight forward. You see the finished buds, you like them more than any other buds, so you cross the offspring with that momma, making the bx1 50% more like the mom, hopefully danker. That being said, if you find an outstanding stud that produces danky offspring, i would backcross and breed the shit out of him. Just make sure to test the offspring before moving forward.
