I'm back to work alreadyare you back to work yet or still living the life of Reilly ?
at the end of the day it was your choice and as long as your ok with it. Such as life.
Sold the Shelby, as much as I loved it it just wasn't practical anymore. It gave me a huge chunk of change to buy the tundra .Being a project superintendent it made more sense to have a truck.
had no time to haggle with you. and it wasn't just the clutch. Your mom drove it 40 miles instead of having it towed and fried the entire tranny as well 7240 total for repairs. Also summer was here and I needed a truck with ACIf you didn't fix the clutch and took that cost off your asking price I had enough $$ to buy it... and I could a fixed the clutch myself... why didn't you offer it to me?

your mom when it comes to taking responsibility for her fukk ups isn't the most honest in the world son. She is a shape shifter like you. Hard to get her to admit she was wrong. Don't get me started Im still pissed at her. Details my ass...…….. those details cost me 7 kIf you took that 7,240 off the cost you sold it for I would have had enough to buy it and you woulda come out the same in the end.
I had quite a chunk of $$ stashed from work.
I'm not sure what common sense had to do with anything. mom Told me all these details... not sure If you've noticed, but i like working on cars.
And to have a $90k car for 8k purchase cost is a good start
State to state transport is around $1k.
I'm not sure if we share the same passion for vehicles :p
Thanks man:smoking: I’m hoping the farm cheese comes out well too.Looks beautiful!
I am a farmer, with hectares and no tractor, when i need a tractor I simply go find one and rent it and the driver, the world is full of machines and nearly every one is under utilizedWorks great. I strap ladders and equipment to my roof rack and carry my personal tools inside.
I've never needed a truck...
I'm being paid to do work and run work, not to supply my vehicle to haul things around.
If they want that they can give me a truck... you know how easy it is to call the paint store or company warehouse and arrange a delivery?
Old-school thinking is that you must buy a personal vehicle that the company will utilize because they won't have to pay for it. "thus ensuring the worker stays working"
By giving into that mentality you shift that cost from their pockets to yours which comes out of your paycheck... I'm not like that.
Nowadays it's about forward thinking and planning to streamline things increasing efficiency & reducing costs on all parties associated.
Dayuuuuum very niceYo what's up man! I just finished up a run of Royal Highness and it's looking pretty good. Thought I'd share a few pictures with you. :smoking:
