Much easier to string you up a frame of pvc then string the twine thru the pvc and when your ready to harvest cut the twine as @incogneato mentioned and when ready for next run string it up again. Takes a whole 30 mins to string up a 4 ' x4 ' screen with 2" openings. Would take half that time for your op.

Whoa that is trippy. What do you attribute that to? Maybe that pheno prefers less tops to supply nutrients too?

I'm thinking genetic code. We can do all we want to a plant but I believe at the end of the day the final tally in yield is ultimately driven by the plants genetic code. Of course grow style and enviros come into play. There is also a school of thought that once you split the plants resources too many times your yield will suffer. I will try to find the link to where I was reading that.

Checkin in on the seedlings. 2 out of 4 are above ground (critical super silver haze & purple haze auto). The other 2 were arching to breach the ground (mozarella & amnesia lemon) Probably by tomorrow they will all be above ground.

This is perfect timing and %100 germ rate.
My plan on turning them into single cola plants looks like it will pull through. I gotta get em tall to rise above the beast plants canopy.

In fairness to @jumpincactus he heard you just had a nice harvest and probably made some oil from trim and went the safe route. 1/4 of the time but you will prob be smoked out so 1/2 the time. Weed math :drunk2:

The seedlings all breached the ground and their Cotyledons are open. Looking good so far.

The #2 clone is starting to resume growth.

Today's update on The Beast.

She is filling out great. Still very low to the ground. You just see the fan leaves reaching high in the core. My focus is on growth tips and new cola's.


On a side note #2 & #3 have needed no nutes at all yet. I'm still feeding all plants off just tap water.
The large soil capacities seems to retain a nutrient surplus through these growth stages.

I probably will need no nutrients until the flowering stage.

My lumens per cu ft is 2,910

Have you figured out with the lumens you have what your PPFD is for that amount of lumens? Cannabis likes a PPFD around 1500- 1700 μmol/m2/s without C02 enrichment.

I can share the formula with you if that would interest you. Cause we all know lumens is for humans. :eyepiece:

Honestly that's how I teach people every day. Get a good organic soil for veg and up pot at least twice and you will never need a veg nute Imo.
