U gon post some pics yo? Hows the smells? I got one pheno that smells like canalope, the other 2 got a dieselly smell.

They are in jars curing now. The smell is wine. Like a fine wine. Smoke is sweet, but not sugary. Very complex flavors. Almost like sour grapes. The sour taste is strong, but not overpowering.
