barnacle scales on plant what to do

one plant is covered - it's the second time for this plant (malawi) 1st in week 2 - cleaned plant, and grow room NOW 2 weeks later woke up and the whole plant is covered with the barnacle's - the plant is really small - also Help !

sounds like you have wax scales
There are some Beneficial insects, such as lady beetles, lady bugs, and lacewings.

The milk or a soap mix would help tbh though I wouldn’t want to use a product like neem oil or such like.

Your plants probably small because the scales are depriving it of energy
