Someone get this man some Grinspoon or something!!!!Liberty haze definitely my best plant yet. Putting on a late flower show like the hazes are supposed to lol I will be taking this plant pretty early to guarantee the reveg since I have no clones as it was a puny thing in veg, went in the flower tent and took off, but it was a one bag seed run lol light lemony hazey funk can’t wait to smoke it!!
I gotta let this thing go at least though it’s starting to look so dope lol
Just buy a tent friend!!So after convincing myself I can grow in my basement using cheap t5 hand me down lights and bag seeds I decided to yo my game a little bit. So starting a new diary to track my progress. Going into what I guess you’d call my third grow. Kind of a mosh mash because I got rid of all the plants from bag seeds I was growing from herms causing herms blah blah lol but the new set up is
Flower tent 4x4
Flora gear 700 watt led
Veg tent
4 54 watt t5 led grow lights.
Growing in 70/30 coco perlite
Veg nutes
Fox farm grow big
Cal mag
Bio rhizotonic
Flower nutes
Advanced nutrients sensi bloom pro series a+b
Advanced nutrients big bud
So my plan is rotate plants in two at a time a few weeks apart so I can have a semi constant harvest. Right now I have 2 lemon lava and a Pineapple Express that I flipped to flower super early to sex and took clones. They are about a month into flowering. Then I just added a psychosis and a psycho berry.
In the veg tent I have a few more psychosis, psycho berry, liberty haze, lemon lava, Pineapple Express and pineapple kush.
Maybe one dayJust buy a tent friend!!
You deserve a more colorful vibrant bouquet. Gotta wait until I harvest multiple strains at once hahaWhat.. wait… where’s my bouquet
They all look nice. What soil and nutes are you using?Alllllrighty, cleaned out and organized the veg tent today so figured I’d show what is going on in there. Got four of the uk psychosis going into the flower tent next. After that a bunch of different stuff from @Thatoneguyyouknow_ including (but not limited to) peaceblaster, queen b, and pb4 x haymeadow that I’m very excited for.
It’s been entirely too cold and humid down there in the cold dark corner of my basement surprisingly even though it’s been pretty nice outside. Got to start opening the basement windows and airing it out more and dial that in. Pretty sure the 80% humidity and 68 degree temps are causing all the funky looking kinda flat leaves but they growin! lol Now that I’ve got the flower box dialed I’m going to be tightening up and redesigning this whole veg area soon.
Coco and advanced nutrients sensi pro with tarantula and big bud at the moment. They all look nice. What soil and nutes are you using?
Thank you sir.Now thats a fine looking specimen!!
Yeah I definitely have to get some adjustable hangers tomorrow so I can move it up and down.yea those buds look pretty fuckin phenomenal.
Btw you can veg with t5s like 6 inches from your plants. They can usually get within an inch or two without burning if theres airflow, and they only burn from the heat stress lol. I grew exclusively under t5 while cutting my indoor teeth for a few years because i preferred the flower quality compared to a tiny 90w hps lol. (and honestly i think its still better lmao, you just only really get a 6" deep usable canopy with em in flower) Used em as my veg lighting for years with hps too.
Dont just drop it all at once, but if you slowly drop it or raise the plants, you can get em up to about 450-600 ppfd with most in veg, well fed in coco.
Thatll let you boost to upwards of 800-1000 ppfd safely with properly maintained rh and temps at the 12/12 flip without issues. And overall more larger flowers will be the result most likely. Plants will enter full fat mature growth in veg sooner as well. Hell i run em hard like that even if im getting a bit of transpiration stress somewhere. A bit of light burn or transpiration stress dead center canopy is just a sign the bulk of it is in the sweet spot anyway. Anything above 400 will give you quality flower for the most part. But If you can keep plants maintained and fed well enough to run em higher, its like the one thing you can do as a grower that is guaranteed to increase yield, increase quality, and shorten turn around time. All of the above.
You will find out pretty quick which plants need more dialing in on their feed regiments in flower too doing that fwiw.
