Basic opinions on our DWC setup 4x8

Just wondering if there is any other aspect we can improve on. I know we could use more circulation and eventually readjust my inline fan when I can get ducting, I have about like 3.75 gal give or take in 8 5 gallon buckets with most having at least 2 airstones in them at all times, we have a total of two ts 1000s on each end of the tent with a hlg 260 3000k in the back mid along with a ts 3000 basically in the middle (pics below). We have 2 70L/min airpumps running like a weird combo of manifold outs l, there's 16 totals but we had to close a few to up the air pressure. We have a small sized humidifier that seems to get the job done when placed in tent on 2x, temps stay around low to high 70s and a low rh between mid 40s and 50s, (can't seems to hit proper vpd for veg with this humidifier), we are using cronk nutrients 5 part on right side and General hydroponics 3 part on the left side, the right is following the intermediate chart and the left is following the "light" feed chart
The total combined wattage from my knowledge is around 1010 for all lights in tent, still sub 600 watts to "fill" out the tent from my knowledge but we working with what we got, we have a 150 sqtft ac unit that almost fits the exact lung room the tent sits in so good there, we also have like a 6x8 Inc air filter from vivosun for filtration, the lung room is not vented at all so sealed? But I have a adjacent room that has a cracked window slightly, other than that I can't think of anything else.

My tools are a ac infinity ph pen and a vivosun ec pen(probably off abit, will be buying a tds truncheon soon in few days) and ph I keep between 5.5-6.5
Total time of grow is week 5 as of today.

Only thing I can think of right now that makes sense to me (and what I did recently to my own tent) is to consider putting that fan on the opposite end of the tent and open up that vent on the bottom of the same side opposite of the exhaust fan so that the air has more natural flow across the entire tent. I just feel like the fan blowing against the direction the exhaust is sucking air from might leave a pocket of air towards the far end where air doesn't circulate very well around.

Not sure if this is practical considering it's all set up now and if that tent is pushed up against a wall or something and access to outlets around there.

I guess if I have this backwards and my own intuition was misleading me, I'll figure it out soon enough.

Also, does that cardboard stop the soil from getting oxygen? I'm asking anyone this. I ran in a question a while back that was answered in such a way that led me to believe that the soil shouldn't be covered like that.

The air flow idea does make sense thank you! And yeah I have about a foot of space behind the tent, I have the airlines running to the pumps behind it, I'm able to access all sides.

But the problem with the carboard is that it will mold as it gets splash out on it. You should swap out the cardboard for something that wont mold on you. Something plastic or such. Or some or that corogated plastic board. That would be inexpensive and reusable and keep the light out.

Oh ok, I only know soil and not even totally sure what a dwc thing is. Assuming some kind of aio hydro king of setup. If so that makes sense. I didn't even think about the cardboard molding up, but that does sound like a risk now that it was mentioned.

So all our sutos are in flower at different stages, one of them looks to be producing seeds and due to paranoia put it outside in a tool shed with a few hours of sunlight for it a day, it's my 2nd grow ever in DWC and one issue I have with using general hydroponics 3 part line up for a good feeding ratio for the auto flowers since I see they only need half nutes. The chart I follow is small feed and even then I feel like it's too much nitrogen for them, can I literally just half just the N for what ever that week calls for? So if like 5.3-5.0-7.2 then just do 2.65- 5.0-7.2 and repeat for any other potential toxicity right?

I am into my first hydro grow right now using GH 3 part lineup. I have had trouble with overfeeding so I start my feeding now with 25% of recommended amount, and then sneak up on my preferred ppm. Takes a little more time, but this last feeding is the first time I wasn't grossly overfed and scrambling to dilute the water. I'm definitely sold on the growth from this RDWC system i have.

Total grow time week 8 from this Monday,
Autos feed is 13.8-13.8-19.8 for 3 gallons of water give or take,
Note my taps ppm is like 182-190 ppm so I subtract that off the top from my readings( for the ec not matching to ppm)

This was measured on the 20th 10:19pm

General hydroponics 3 part nutes

My autos:
Jealousy x BD #2: ec: 1.3 468 ppm ate 250 ppm
Jealousy x BD #1: ec: 1.2 418 ppm ate 100ppm

And then the other auto (cronk nutes)

GC: ec: 1.4 518 ate 50ppm

And then the my photosfeed schedule are
:
(general hydroponics and cronk nutes for photos amount)

N7.5-P7.5-K7.5- calmag 7.5

Then the other auto feed schedule is

N 5.00ml P 2.50ml K 7.00ml calmag 5.00ml BudBooster 8.00ml (cronk)

I have a similar setup to yours. Haven't had to use anything to block light similar to your cardboard. I grow my seedlings lanky and tall and carefully place the clay pebbles around them. I use rock wool cubes to start my seeds then pile the clay pebbles over them. The first 2 weeks I run the buckets high so there's splash from the bubbles keeping the pebbles/rock wool wet.
Have had a lot of problems with root rot that went undiagnosed for a while - just hit on it a few weeks ago. So I have started a regimen of Hydroguard (google it) enzyme treatment to mitigate it.
I only have 2 plants going at the present time. The other 6 buckets are outside the tent and are being broken down and heavily bleached to try to kill the fungus that causes the rot. I also just got some new autoflower seeds in - going to start some soon to see about a late fall crop. My grow is out on my wooden deck on Cape Cod. I have a deck above as well. I was growing last year until the week after thanksgiving with no cold/freeze problems. I got one small plant through root rot.
Hoping now with the Hydroguard plus equipment that has been broken down and sanitized mid-season that I can bring in these two plants and get the other 6 buckets going again.

I have tried hydrogaurd my first run and it seemed to help a little but at that time I was doing open air grow with a old a/c unit, now this grow I got UC roots, a whole tent/more lights/better a/c to properly cool the space and better measuring equipment and have more control over the environment, recently just figured out how to calculate add back for top offs, my autos got like less then 2 weeks left.
