Beginner grower trying to optimize my grow

Hey guys & gals I'm a beginner & was wondering if anybody is using the photontek 1000 co2 pro what's its sweet spot should I run all 10 bars or take some out & what's a good canopy distance for this light to optimize production with out supplemental co2 besides xhale bags in a 5x5 tent

So many variables. I believe that you will find it through trial and error. I will say that I don't think that light should be over 75%-80%. You got this, be patient and trust the relationships you're building with the plants
