Bent 6 day old seedling stem

First time grower and I only have 2 seedlings so I’d like to save the plant if I can. Both of my seedlings are quite spindly and weak which I have been trying to remedy by fixing a lighting issue. However, I also decided to use stakes/twist ties to make sure they don’t bend, but while putting them on I bent the stem of my weaker 6 day old. I’m not sure if it’s a big deal, but if there’s anything I can do to fix/help the plant please let me know :)

Just carefully stake and tie it up like you were going to do. She should make a full recovery, doesn’t look too bad and they’re pretty resilient in that aspect.

Good luck. I've never damaged such a small stem, but this looks like it could make it.
