Best area in sothern cali to grow

I have recently moved to the southbay, and it dosent seem that SB420 friendly. In your guys and gals experience what is your experience and any suggestions on better areas to live, im still mobile, looking for a cool area. Also any info on the electric company ,ECT.

Im looking to grow indoors, Im currently living in south bay, but am looking for the best community that mmj is a very low priority, any help would be appreciated
