Best LED light for under $150

The name says it all. I have a LED COB it is a t 2000 that was $300. I'm buying for a friend who's light just died. I haven't been keeping up with the current lights. What is the best LED around lately for 150. Thnx

You can find 150-200 watt quantum board style LED from MarsHydro or Viparspectra in that range. Most quality LED fixtures are about $1 per watt.
