I am always amazed at the equipment being dumped. I guess that argues - indoor plant culture trying to have flowers develop and buds is not easy. Folks end the follies and sell equipment.

Yeah here in Colorado all you have to do is drive around, you'll find equipment. My buddy found an entire grow op dumped in a field. Lights, hoods, ballasts, Co2 burners, the whole bit, just dumped. Almost all of it still worked, too!

Found a completely full dumpster of copper ballasts once. Thats a lot of copper.
