i generally use coconut oil or avocado oil for making capsules and such, but I’m looking for a pure MCT oil.
Can anyone recommend a specific brand MCT oil? From my understanding most are not legit because of the necessary extraction processes and such.
MCT oils that are truly pharmaceutical grade would cost $100’s in the retail market. This is what has me suspicious of the no name brands out there.
