Most Electric Motors I've Seen Have bearings, And No oil, Or Graphite In Smaller Electric motors.. While It Is True You Can Cool An Electric motor, They Don't Use Oil For that. yes i am saying electronic motors have oil.... they have to have lubricants... there are different kinds of electronic motors and they use different oils for different purposes (like cooling the motor by transfering the heat ,also lubricateing it)
 
Electric motors are good enough for the Mars rover, I doubt a tumbler is more critical. You can pick up a high frequency drive to give basically any motor you like variable speed. Go to a hvac supply house and get a condenser fan motor, or anything rated 100% duty cycle of a compressor
