I'm curious what organic pk boosters people are using.......I'm more interested in dry organic ammendments but feel free to share great results with bottled nutes.

Specifically I'm looking for a potassium only dry amendment (other than sea kelp or seaweed) or atleast very low nitrogen and very low phosphorous with high potassium....

Thanks in advance farmers

Being an OD grower, I have to second the LIQUID bone meal suggestion. If you go with dry bone meal don't be surprised if raccoons ruin your day.

Hey bro. Real small hydro shop carries stuff from www.gobiodiversity.comThis krazy kelp is one of the products in their line. Also have something called super tea charger that I use to start my teas. Both of these products I would give five out of five stars. I use it in my tea my feeds and foliar. Nothing but good things to say.

Not entirely sure what to use for p. Huge shot in the dark but crabshells? Idk. I use banana peels for K though. I have a humble pile of compost going in a small tote in my grow room. Fun as hell bro. It's an amazing process. Amazing how hot the pile gets. Read a book called let it rot. Pretty interesting stuff.

They Key is heat within the pile. Been doing it about a month and haven't seen a single pest. Keep ur green and Brown ratios proper and just enough moisture and u will have a steaming hot pile in no time. Lol!

I agree, getting the ratios of C to N right is important, as it keeping it aerobic by turning it often (though not too often or you'll gas off too much N).

I made a couple of posts on the topic before in this thread.

Composting is good shit (no pun intended)!

Fish bone meal is 3-16-0...

As for potassium only dry amendment... sulfate of potash is some serious shit at 0-0-22 I believe... But I can't say much as for actually using it.

Do you feel that your mix is lacking K for some reason? What is your current mix like?

Edit: Someone said something about crab meal... 'tis 4-3-0, FTR.

Good advice. I threw the crab shells hoping someone would list their Npk. It was a shot in the dark. However I'm pretty sure he was talking about compost. I realize this thread is about organic p/K booster but @yellowhead and I got to talking compost. My initial contribution was a product called krazy kelp for a k boost. 1-0-17. Thanks for the enlightenment bro! Luv the farm!

This thread is going exactly where it's supposed to go as long as it doesnt get salty .....

Basically an organic flowering thread cuz the veg part of organic growing usually takes care of it self usually atleast I think so

To keep this momentum going oh shit let me answer some questions
