Cannabis is a C3 plant, so this gives us a reference point.
I'm currently working on putting together all the working parts of a tissue culture. I will endeavor to share it, once I get all the working parts in line.
I suppose there's a few things that can be shared
There's two basic kinds, cultures in aqueous (test tubes cultures) or in agar.
I wouldn't suggest taking on this project without at least some basic lab experience, or at minimum, some aquarium, basic set of chemistry skills, good cloning habits, a deft hand, and most important of all, use of sterile technique protocols. I'll try to lay it out in the coming weeks.
So there ya have it.
I'm going to use an especially prolific form of Landrace Thai, Ruderalis, or Indica, and see which is easier. But I'm starting with the Thai. The key here is obtaining utterly sterile conditions, with the right precursors, vitamins, minerals, micro nutrients, hormones, and/or acids, sugars. Then dial in the light, temp, and RH conditions.
Need to solve my sterile air intake to get things going.
