Best setup for irrigating 100 plus indoor plants?

Anyone have an idea of a good design for irrigating an indoor grow? PVC or Poly pipe? Feeding compost tea.

Dont know if its easier to run poly snaking through the grow and spaghetti from the poly to the plant?
