When is it best to cut off bottom branched on outdoor plants for bigger colas?
is it better in veg right when you know what u want cut or is there a specific week or time?

I've never quite done that on OD plants, but I do keep in mind canopy control with the OD girls and so trim any buds that are setting poorly. It's more difficult to time on OD plants unless you're using light deprivation and controlling photoperiod. If it were an indoor plant, 2-3 weeks after flipping to 12/12, you want to get it when stretch has just about finished. Same sort of methodology (thinking) applies to OD, but the sun is bigger, brighter, and moving.
