Best Way To Cool 2 X 6000w Rooms

What size mini split would be needed to cool these rooms ? Or i also have a 2hp chiller whats the best way utilize this chiller for cooling these rooms.

Nice i was thinking about maybe using the water chiller with a radiator & some fans blowing through it hooked to a thermostat. Would this work? My chiller is only cooling the 12 x. 45l totes per room. How much water would i have to pump through the rads to keep them cool ??? I
