Yo bro check out my post DazB😎
Brother you just wrote an essay in 5 posts to an 13 year old topic ✌️

@DAZYB I am not sure I am having winterization issues or it is something else I am doing or not doing. Using 99.9% IPA to extract at -20c.

My goal is always to have the concentrate finish as wax or crumble, as above. But it is hit and miss. Most times it finishes as oil. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Everybody says to use a coffee filter. I have been using a 1.5um filter paper in tandem with a 15mm cake of DE to winterize, pulling it thru a Buchner funnel with vacuum. Is the vacuum too aggressive and pulling the fats and shit thru the filter?

The reason I use DE when winterizing is to remove all plant particulate at same time. Also hoping the DE will assist in trapping the fats and waxes.

The best way for me to help you is you tell me how you're doing it now and I'll tell you what you need to do to collect it.😎
