Wat's up y'all I decided to harvest my blue cheese today [day 78] some of the trich's were turning amber on the tips so i think it was time for the chop ive give her a little trim now she's drying out upside down in a wardrobe smells really dank, strong musky smell gonna leave her in their for at least 3-5 days then she should be ready to be cured :smiley_joint:
