Bigger yield?

I have 2 plants growing under A CFL set up. Each plant has 1 55w(250) and 3 42w(150) The plants are in a space that is 3 1/2 ft x 2ft. Would it be better to just do 1 plant under all the lights? maybe get more of a yield from just 1?

Your light intensity is quite, less, whats the age of your plants,
its in what stage,
The light mainly maintain teh tempearture of the room and assist in producing chlorophyl,
Just check these factors, or try for one mor Cfl..
