I'm a bit impatient, just got a small wavemaker for a 10er. Will be posting the results after some days.

That’s pretty cool! Really nice work on the setup! You likening it so far? Will you continue to run coco after this?Wavemaker in. Its very silent and is doing exactly what it should. Will have the timer turn it on for 15min every hour.

Thanks :D figuring it out along the way. I enjoy this combo so much that it's going to be permanent for indoors. If I can manage the small growing space it also means I can get a decent harvest in just a 1.3x1.3x4.6. That's the goal now. That’s pretty cool! Really nice work on the setup! You likening it so far? Yeah i made the switch from soil too peat based and looove it! I feel like it’s the best of both worlds (soil and coco) never ran coco, but im out there watering my pots every 2 days in flower! Thanks :D figuring it out along the way. The coco just makes em explode and it's all automatic. When i'm gone for a few weeks friends can actually take over without killing it.
If i wouldnt have had autopot though i'd stick with soil.
Nice, few weeks into flower? What are you growing? (:I just run an extra pump in my res. Just has the water moving around. I'm running sterile, so adding a bit of hydrogen peroxide also kills a lot of things and it's ok with the plants. About 3ml per gallon of the 3% H2O2 a few times each week. I'll do that with anything I add to the res a well.
I still have to clean it out every couple of weeks, but it's kept the res clean enough it doesn't affect the plants. When I moved to the drip it was my first issue. Res wasn't clean enough and the plants suffered until I figured it out.
Here's my current grow:
Also went from regular soil to peat based soil outside and it works so much better. They say it's reusable so i dont feel too bad about using their peat.Yeah i made the switch from soil too peat based and looove it! im really looking into a auto watering system : ) not sure im ready for the auto pot set up, but some more automation for sure : )

Can and will recommend auto watering. From drip to bottomfed systems, it will save you so much time you wont know what to do with it. Doesnt have to cost a lot either.
I'm doing a mainline. I'll have a second with it. That one will get more low stress training and topping.Skywalker haze takes me back. If i could give a quick spot of advice try keeping as many fanleaves as possible. I used to snip em as well but all my plants that were unsnipped grew much better.
I'm also doing a variation on mainlining but without all the trimming, only trim will be in flower or when a pop is needed to maintain space and growth speed. You had good results from mainlining?I'm doing a mainline. I'll have a second with it. That one will get more low stress training and topping.
Points for 40k shout out to Nurgle. I would tag my Plague Marines but the box is buried under to much stuff.View attachment 2545332
Last night I trained the 4 mains under the wire as well. Left the 2 in the middle untrained. If timing is good they should all be roughly the same height in a day or 2 and then I'll flip if it looks ok. Still 0 defol, only the necessary trimming of the nose hairs so to speak.
Added some cardbox as a humidity 'guard', as you will. Noticed when she was a seedling the cardboard was pulling down the Rh constantly. Also got a sticky trap for whatever is stupid enough to fly in.

The reservoir went from murky to clear seemingly over the span of a night. The smell went from old socks in locker room to an older creamy brie smell. I'm aging that res like a wine.
After doing some research it's what is called a Bacterial Bloom. It explodes for a bit, eats all it can before dissipating back to papa Nurgle. Might get away with topping of about 2liters and not cleaning for once.
