Black spots on new growth

Hey y’all. I keep find these dark spots on new growth. It looks like it’s burnt or something ate it?

foilers I’ve sprayed:

Plant therapy
2 days wait
SM-90 - Azmax- Garden insect...
2 days wait
Heavy 16 today.
I started finding these small white worm looking crawlers and was advices to use those sprays.

Looks like a normal reaction when a leaf gets cut off or when the plant gets topped was there a leaf there before.
Also what worms are u talking about could u add a pic of them close up pls.
