Seems like a got a problem with some of my outdoor trees got some black spots and shiny residue lookn for help n.e suggestion

In that pic it looks like it could almost be mites because of the white spots oon top. That or thrimps. Are the black spots under the leaves?

jus trimed a giid amount of those nfested leafs shit looks like its spreading .. jus found sum white flyss fungus natss ? Idk if i can fix this or too late n floweringg
