Black Spots.

My lower leaves are turning yellow. Some of the leaves have black spots and the kind of turning yellow on edges. I have had mites, and have been treating with organocide and neem oil. Not sure if I'm over fertilizing any help would be great. 2 weeks in flowering

It looks dam good my plants have a bunch of yellows leaves on inside and bottom Its normal when it starts to flower don't stress

Also when it's been hot they'll yellow from the inside out, bottom up. I see no black spots, maybe bug poo?
