I use the unsulferated kind of black strap molasses it's what i was told to use many years ago. Good luck. Same amount as above stated.

Yes, you can definitely use blackstrap molasses as a natural carbohydrate source for your soil. It feeds the beneficial microbes in the root zone, which helps overall nutrient uptake. Standard mix is about 5 ml per liter of water, just like Phyto mentioned.

If you’re interested in a clean, unsulfured option, check out BetterThanHoneyCo.com, high-quality blackstrap molasses that works great for gardening and also doubles as a nutrient-rich sweetener for food.

Good luck!

You also get some nice potassium out of the molasses, good to include early to mid flower for the carbs and the K but just like anything else you don't want to go nuts with it.

I wouldn't add black strap mollases unless you are brewing a tea. It just kinda spikes microbe food, then it balances back out. I dont see a use for it anymore, I used to but its not ideal for the soil microbes

Check the SSt's out. You can make a stretch stopper with corn.
