You spying on me last night Chucky daughter turned 21 yesterday was gunna have a couple quiet drinks 1.5 bottles of gentlemen Jack later n here I am today splitting headache feel like crap but worth it worse thing is my mighty Geelong Cats start their finals series tonight so look who’s backing up then Saturday have the daughters party/tea I may be dead so if ya don’t hear from me that’s y😂👍 You take it easy to mate n get home before dark next time can’t have ya breaking a leg 👍

I am also of the big speakers are better than headphones generation. (whether or not that's true. LOL)

Big ones are Fishers, small are Bose, amplifier Sony, TV is Panasonic Plasma. All old.
Hubby keeps wanting to replace the plasma with a huge LED and we have 'discussions' about it every so often. 😉
He's lost his abiflity to hear lows so keeps switching to the TV speakers. (yuk)

The accessories are do-hickey things he's dreamed up and built. Neon tube clock, color changing db meters with programmable LEDs.
Oh, and the stand is from Walmart. (we spend our money on 'fun' stuff, not furniture.) LOL

I love that loud and proud speaker system. But i gotta tell ya as you already know cause your hubby is correct about these new LED TV beats the heck out of plasma. Don't you have a sound bar? I used to when my hubby was here he lost his hearing from chain saws and other loud noises. But when i moved to my new little house my 55" Sony bravia sounds so good without needing sound bar. They just mesmorize me when i walk through Costco man there's some outstanding screens today. And have come down in price also.

We visit my daughter and see and hear the latest and greatest. Call me a 'stick in the mud' but I'm resistant.
The LED TVs I see in the stores seem too sharp and give me a forehead twinge when I stand there and look for more than a couple minutes.
Hubby says they're not adjusted properly, but I'm reluctant to jump in just yet.

hey about tvs,. when you buy them, i forget what it’s called. but you can pay them extra and it’s kinda expensive but they will come to your house after 3-6 months of you using your tv and “set it up” with a computer etc,. i had this done to my current sony tv,. at first after he finished and left and showed me my setting and the new setting i could see a difference but thought mmmm doesn’t seem worth it, after an hour or so watching well that changed, my tv detail and colour everything is outstanding absolutely perfect, i wouldn’t buy a tv now without getting that extra,.. i still say it too myself years later,..

We bought one of those thingys when we got the plasma. Cost less than a service call and he got a new toy to play with.
Probably need a different one for the LEDs. Thanks, I'll keep it in mind.
