Ahh ok I saw you post that awhile
Back, I really gotta get some screens lol I just trim on a trey and collect a bit but I still have about a pound of trim from the cali blues in the freezer

Had some from a few runs ago too threw it in the fire pit 🤣
you no where you can could get some good screens mike, been looking for some to.

I’ll get back to you on that, cheesy! But as a matter of fact, I get by with the cheap ones on Amazon! I think made by gold up. they’ve worked OK for me so far! I know Nick will say spend the extra money and get good ones! I think the size is more important! Minimum of 20 x 24“. 36 inch if you can find them! Those are the ones you will have to pay up for probably! A lot depends on how much sifting you plan on doing! Probably around 130 bucks for 24 inch 4 screen set. 180 or 190 for 36 inch if you can find them! Probably three or 400 if you go through bubble, man or press Club! US! Not sure about the UK!

It cools me off 20° just looking at it! Are used to do a little fishing on the Petaluma river! Lived in Vallejo for 10 years! Panjshir From Afghanistan, Hunza, valley from Pakistan, and Arcadian, from Greece! And freak show from the sierra, Nevada!

I used to have deer problems back in my Humboldt daze, found that monofilament fishing line coiled around the perimeter of the plants would keep them away.

I’m up in Old Station now, almost 100 degrees at 4500 ft! Heard the dog barking and she had found a 2 1/2 foot 8 button rattlesnake next to the bbq shed. She was wary enough to know not to get close. I normally don’t kill them, but it was too close to the house, and my mom is 90 years old. So I got out the 22 with snake shot! Took a drive into the hills, saw 2 bucks, still in velvet and a ton of big bear tracks!

You gotta good start! You planting them on one side of the pot so you can lean them towards the other side?
I said I was going to try that, then didn't. I think mine are too big now, plus they all seem to be wanting to get into that flower stretch.
every time ive ever remembered to do this, i end up not tying the plant over for one reason or another xD.

Oh woops, im way behind again

makes sense bud on the deer will keep that in mind, they dont pass through my spot. i just see them alot walking. but if they do will use something like the fishing line.👍yeah id do the same with the snake man, good your dog didnt get to close. smart dog🐶👍

Im lucking out. Im at like 3200 or 3500 ft or something here. But our heat wave looks like mid to upper nineties for several days, then storms at some point, then 80s and humid again. But its been so dry im starting to worry about forest fires. Last time it got like this through summer a firestorm burnt 1/3 of Gatlinburg TN to the ground in like an hour or two. This area doesnt get drought like this, Its temperate rainforest. Theres no old growth left out near Gatlinburg, it all burned down and now theyre building cabins in all the opened up empty space.

Im sorry if ive posted this here before im baked.

Beautiful country.
Three years ago we had the Dixie Fire, almost a million acres. We got evacuated for two weeks. They literally put a ring of borate around the town, they knew the fire was coming. Stopped it about 400 yards from my property. In one night the fire moved 13 miles in a six mile wide swath!!!

I leave them alone, too! Unless they’re too close to the house! You gotta do what you Gotta do! And most people get bit screwing around with them so relocating them isn’t really a smart thing to do! I am with You, Phyto! Really don’t see many around here!

I always thought Tennessee, and most of those places back there were fire proof! Learn something new every day, I guess! My uncle lives in Memphis! I always get a kick out of the fact that the highest point east of the Mississippi is 6200 feet! It might be in Tennessee! Or North Carolina! I used to regularly backpack out of trailheads 1200 feet higher than that!

I’ve relocated a lot of small ones, one or two button, get them into a 5 gallon bucket and release them in the manzanita and lava rock away from the houses.

Sent this to a friend! Thought I would try and upload it before Nick hollers about not being able to see shit! Might finally be getting used to the heat and their lack of care! L O L!

They look great! (considering the rough start)
That freakshow is an odd one isn't it?
Will you be leaning them soon? I just came in from TRYING to thin some of the branches of my trees out back. Hot in the sun today and I'm already dripping wet. I'm not telling the temp. 'cause you'd laugh at me. 😉
