Bleach White spots on leaves

New to growing got 2 plants, and both have these white dots on the plant confused as to what they are or could be. they showed up within the past 2 days has not really spread aggressively just few a few more spots each day and night any help would be much appreciated

Looks like bug damage. Probably mites. Try some neem oil or Capt. Jack's.
