Yeah do not add the dolomite lime it will raise ph even more.

You can get aluminum sulfate at the garden center. I have never had to use it but it will lower soil PH. Maybe someone here can give you an idea on the amounts.

I'd add some beneficial microbes and just kinda see how it goes over a few days first. Monitor the ph and see how the plants do. I wouldn't chase numbers to much.

Adding some ammonium based nitrogen may also help lower the PH.

But most importantly if they are not getting worse then just give it some time before doing anything drastic. It's been 2 days since a flush so wait a week and see first.

I have organic on down, citric acid, could this be used at a concentration of 5.5 ph to lower ph instead of aluminum sulfate?

Yeah thats probably will help... maybe even a source of ammonia nitrogen I would think. I'm not really and organic guy. But after a flush it's gonna take some time to balance that media out. Bennies will help.

The aluminum sfatr will work. But like I say give it a few days bro. If the plants are doing OK don't go chasing numbers.

Raising your light deprives the plant and makes it stretch.
Lowering the light gives the plant more than it needs and it won't stretch

To me it's more spectrum related. Intensity needs to be extremely low to affect this. Anything with a bit a more red leanimg spectrum will cause some longer internode spacing

Maybe.
Plants will grow even missing various parts of the spectrum.
Every grow so far, I can 90% control the inter-nodal spacing by adjusting light height.
