Bloom Chaos Uses?

Kind of confused how to properly use nftg bloom chaos, is it a soil and a foliar spray or just foliar? How often and how much do you use? And how much per gal? Thank you kindly

there are 3 Flower stages:
early flower (1-2 week) use high "P" and low "K" amounts
middle flower (3-4 week) use high "K" and low "P" amounts
late flower ( 5-6 week ) use high "P" and low "K" amounts

Feed plant 2 out of 3 days - include some dry days and just water days out of 1 week schedule
