Blueberry #2 - Ebb and Grow 12 pot

I am starting a new grow today with decently vegged plants [12" or so]. They were vegged 4-5wks in a soil/pro-mix medium under t-5 flouros. I hope that I can veg them under the big light for 2 weeks and then flip to flower.

Specs on the room:

7' W x 7' L x 9' H

1 - 1000w Digital Greenhouse w/ open ballast - MH for Veg / HPS for flower

I will be adding another 1000w Digital Greenhouse when flower starts.

12 pot ebb and grow - 2 gallon buckets. Resevoir and control are outside room minimize evaporation.

12000btu air conditioner.

week one - progress

After a transplanting session that went well, [despite my concerns going from a soil/perlite mix to full hydro] I am experiencing good growth and can say that the scariest part is over.

This is as clean as I was willing to get the root systems. I was a little hesitant to try and rip the "ball" from the end of the stalk. After some thought and consultation, it was decided that this was sufficient.

Running a 12-pot [2gal each] ebb and grow system I started with 30 gallons of water added the nutrients and am working on 6 feedings per day. Every four hours the pots receive 30-40 minutes of contact with the water/nute mix.

I will be draining the reservoir weekly and filling with new h2o/nute mix.

I am running following line up of Advanced Nutrients:

1. Sensi Grow A
2. Sensi Grow B
3. Nirvana
4. B-52

For the first 30 gallon batch consisted of the following:

6oz - Sensi Grow A
6oz - Sensi Grow B
7.5oz - Nirvana
7.5oz - B52​

The following pictures show some progression. If anyone has ideas, tips, etc I am all ears!!

Res Drain and Resupply

Now that I have my Hanna Continous Meter I have changed my res water and started the second week with new water and a slightly different nutrient line up.

110 litres of water

250ml Sensi Grow A
250ml Sensi Grow B
200ml Nirvana
200ml B52​

To all that are not using the metric system: this isn't much more than I used in the first round.
I have decided since all of Advanced products are set for metric volume, then I will to use metric. Remember 5th grade with the green cubes??

Keep in mind that the nutrient volumes I have used are a bit over half of what is recommended by manufacturer.

I also noticed some Cal/Mg deficiency

and have started the using Sensi Cal / Mg Mix also at roughly half strength.

This is a look at my tester after I have refilled and mixed in the nutes.
I am not sure why my ppms are so high because of with a different tester they were around 800? Is my new tester possibly calibrated to the different ppm scale? I am not versed in this as of yet, so any help is appreciated.

Wow...I have seen some herms and I am f-ing pissed. This strain is the worst ever.

Not to say that I was super greenthumb but damn those have hermed for three peeps now.
